Digital signature

Traditional mail is dissapearing quickly and working paperless is becoming the future more and more. The European legislation now makes it legally valid to use a digital signature. Alfa makes use of this possibility: we sign our documents digitally.

Working faster and more efficiënt

By incorporating the digital signature in our processes, we are able to enhance our service by working faster and more efficiëntly. For instance, the digital signature makes it possible to fasten the paper-heavy process of handling and finishing financial statements.

Digital legally valid

In our offices, most of the paper mail has been replaced by e-mail already. But often this means that documents need to be printed, signed and scanned in order to do so. The digital signature will change this process. Documents can easily be signed with the digital signature, without the need of paper. Our cliënts can, if needed, digitally sign documents we supply as well. This process is heavily digitally secured. After all parties signed, cliënts will receive the digital version of the legally valid signed documents.

What are the implications for you?

By incorporating the digital signature, our organisation is able to work faster and more efficiënt, which in turn will enhance the quality of our service.

Questions?

The entire process of digital signing can be done via a smartphone, tablet or desktop. Signing documents digitally is easy, which is one of the reasons we are chosing for this process as well. Please contact your account manager if you have any questions on the digital signature or if you simply want more information.

Close to a sustainable organisation

Alfa is constantly working on sustainability. An example of this is the placement of solar panels on our offices in Nijverdal and Zelhem. We are the first Dutch accountancy firm that has the B Corp label as well. B Corp is a worldwide network of succesful, profit-driven companies that obtain a high standard for social and environmental impact.
